This just means that there are servers available for COD: MWR which aims to make matchmaking better. However, we do have dedicated servers placed in different region to make matchmaking smoother, but this is different from the one employed in COD4: MW as stated earlier. This system is not integrated in newer Call of Duty titles, we employ a different matchmaking system. You wish to have the matchmaking capability that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has where players can choose what servers they play on.
